From April 2006 responsibility for registration of charities, established in Scotland, was moved to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR, see our advice links page).

Stewartry CVS can help you through the registration process and provide an appropriate constitution or other governing document according to your needs. For an outline of the criteria involved in getting charity status please download Becoming a Charity.
